Jessica Penniman, also known as Squinch, is a police officer operating in Fort Freak.
Biography[]
Jessica Penniman was born from wealthy parents in New York. In 1988, when she was a child, she used her powers to hide a scared Digger Downs after Chrysalis' murder, using him as a part of her "farm." When she grew older she became a police officer in Jokertown, using her powers to "squinch" particularly dangerous suspects.
