Jan Chang is a joker-ace who generates a surplus of bio-electric energy. She is able to discharge enough energy through skin contact to shock a man to the floor.
Appearance[]
Jan Chang is an Asian woman who occasionally radiates soft blue patches of light under her skin when her power flares up. Sparks of electrical energy sometimes sizzle between her fingers, or even her teeth, when she is particularly energetic, and while she looks somewhat normal for a joker-ace there is an ever present blue light behind her eyes. Jan wears large sunglasses at all times to hide her eyes, and clothes herself from head to toe, including gloves, as a preventative measure against casual discharges.
Personality[]
Jan Chang is a conspiracy theorist who is convinced that alien beings she refers to as "reptoids" are trying to invade the Earth, although she is unsure of whether these fictitious invaders are from a place she calls counter-Earth or from the Earth's core itself. In addition to holding onto irrational beliefs about reptoids and Illuminati, she is also acutely paranoid and believes all manner of people and groups are trying to assassinate her.
