Lu Long, alias Puff, is a police officer working out of the Jokertown precinct "Fort Freak".
History[]
Lu Long was a police officer based at Fort Freak when he, and his partner Angel Grady, started taking bribes for criminal gain. His double life fell apart after his services were bought to kill Joe Twitch, and the crime was witnessed by Black Tongue. Investigations by Charlie "Flipper" Herriman and Vincent "Ratboy" Marinelli led back to him and saw him get arrested for his crime, but he later escaped and went on the run. It was Black Tongue who then tracked him down and fought him into submission, before handing him back over to the police.
Wild Card Traits[]
Long is a joker with a dragon-like appearance. He has a limited ability to breathe fire when angry, and his tough scaly hide makes him resistant to injury. His tail is strong and dexterous enough that he can use it as a weapon.
Appearance[]
Lu Long is a large reptilian man, with a row of sharp teeth and a long tail. His entire body is covered in scales.
Personality[]
Long is noted for being a braggart and bully and for sexually harassing female officers. He is also known to be physically and mentally abusive in his relationships.
