Eel is a minor character in the Wild Cards series of books.
Wild Card Traits[]
When Eel drew a joker he became a creature of water as much as a biped on land. He has scaly skin and large fish-like eyes along with a row of sharp teeth, and all on a formidable muscular frame. Eel's physical traits are further augmented by the ability to emit electrical discharges from his skin powerful enough to floor some of Jokertown's tougher inhabitants. His most pronounced ability is the power to transform into an eight foot long eel, and in this form he can swim anywhere in the New York sewer network.
