Blockhead was a fictional character from the Wild Cards series of books.
This little-known wild carder was channeled by Cameo, who used his power to get past Bloat undetected. While he may have conceivably been an ace, he was buried in a joker graveyard, so it is more likely he was a joker with a useful power.
